The dedicated external planning officer has been withdrawn from assessing the scheme, with the project allocated to a Waverley Borough Council planning officer.
WBC have decided that the scheme should now be assessed by an internal planning officer rather than the dedicated officer who was paid for by CVHT through the planning performance agreement.
CVHT regards this as unfortunate as the dedicated officer has a good grasp of the scheme, but we are in the hands of WBC as to how they assess the scheme and we are confident the new officer will be up to speed soon.
