Waverley Borough Council has requested heads of terms for the Section 106 agreement with CVHT. These are now being negotiated.
A Section 106 is a legal agreement between the applicant seeking planning permission, in this case CVHT, and the local planning authority, in this case Waverley Borough Council.
The agreement is designed to secure the benefits of the scheme for the local community, including the use of the Community Beds and the Staff Accommodation.
